We progressed to silver accreditation from Clear Assured – an independent inclusion and diversity assessment company providing accreditation and support to companies, including our customers such as HS2 and National Highways.

This achievement reflects the efforts undertaken by all our employees and leaders, and underpins our inclusion & diversity ambition: ‘To foster and celebrate a fair and supportive culture that promotes opportunities for all – where everyone feels proud to be themselves.’

The accreditation process includes full in-depth assessments, where Clear Assured reviews our policies, guidance, training, engagement, recruitment practices, as well as a wealth of data and statistics.

Progressing to silver shows that we are making meaningful and sustainable impact.
